Park City is a leading Human Resources Management consultancy. An up-turn in business, addition of new specialisms and a move to bigger, better premises made Park City question whether it might be time to review their corporate identity. However, with a solid reputation, substantial client base and a familiar company logo, this needed to be more about evolution than revolution.
The logo was the starting point. We needed to retain strong visual links to the existing logo – a pictogram of two mountains – whilst making the logo more business focussed. By creating a more abstract symbol we introduced an element of ambiguity where the logo could now also be seen as a graph or chart showing positive growth. we created the strapline ‘Empowering your business’ and banners under which their three services could sit: Stronger business for HR management; Safer business for Health & Safety; Smarter business for Training & Development. This communicates Park City's ability to manage the headaches and potential mine fields associated with HR and Health & Safety allowing business owners the opportunity to focus their efforts on driving their business forward.
We designed and developed a new company website for Park City to reflect the change in identity and the expanded offer now provided by the business.
The site was built on a content management system providing our client with editorial control and an effective platform for their on-line marketing moving forwards.
The roll-out of the new identity included building signage, company stationery and document templates. We also designed a direct mail campaign designed to highlight the need for robust employment policy and procedure in any small to medium sized business.
