Our client was one of Europe's oldest and largest black-led housing associations. A reputation for unresponsiveness and unprofessionalism, matched by a confusing and outdated brand identity however, meant that something had to change. Change came in the form of a new Chief Executive with a new vision. A vision that would make the organisation look and behave more professionally, be more responsive to all stakeholders and to make employees proud to work for Ujima.
Zeal helped Ujima create a group structure, bolstering their existing function as a housing provider through the addition of supporting business divisions to deliver:
These businesses would work together to help BME communities achieve a higher level of inclusion in society, build up their self-esteem and drive social justice to bring about real change within black communities in Britain for good.
The results include a reinvigorated brand to encompass the new company structure; professional and consistent application across various applications and improved visibility and image within the sector.
We created literature, an exhibition stand with supporting collateral and various customer communications, including newsletters.
Zeal were pleased to be announced as 'Winner of Best Stand Design' at the National Housing Federation Social Housing Exhibition, for the Ujima stand design.
"Zeal provided intelligent brand strategy and truly effective design to help our organisation step-change towards being more customer-focussed. They’re so totally committed to not only delivering against our objectives but also continuously exceeding our expectations.”
