A new, high quality business park was in development in Colchester and the developers required an identity for use on hoardings, signage and marketing collateral, including the website.
We'd previously been commissioned by the developers, Tollgate Parnership, to work on the logo for the Tollgate retail park, the prime urban district centre for Colchester, and brought the dotty element from this through to the Tollgate Business Park logo for continuity and as a strong, supporting element.
We designed the marketing literature to stand out from other developments and entice tenants to Tollgate Business Park.
We also produced the hoarding for the area whilst it was under development, as well as subsequently designing the signage for the completed site.
The website was created as a marketing tool to help this high quality business park get tenants.
